These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at novararobotics.com and related pages (the “Site”) operated by Novara Robotics Inc. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

These Terms apply to the marketing Site only. Access to Deri, pilots, deployments, or other Novara products or services is subject to separate written agreements.

Who we are

The Site is operated by Novara Robotics Inc. (“Novara,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), based in Austin, TX, USA.

Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful, informational purposes related to learning about Novara and Deri, contacting us, or requesting a demo. You agree not to:

No professional or product advice

Content on the Site is for general information only. It does not constitute professional, operational, safety, or engineering advice, and it does not create a customer, pilot, or services relationship. Product capabilities, timelines, and outcomes depend on specific deployments and agreements.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and layout, are owned by Novara or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission, except for ordinary viewing and sharing of publicly available pages with attribution.

“Novara,” “Deri,” and related marks are trademarks of Novara Robotics Inc. Third-party names and marks appearing on the Site are the property of their respective owners.

Third-party services and links

The Site may link to or integrate third-party services, such as scheduling tools. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or practices.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Novara disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that content is accurate, complete, or current.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Novara and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Novara and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information through the Site is described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Site.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in Travis County, Texas, will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Site, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
